NME.com posted an article yesterday in which Frank Iero discusses possible side-projects.
“I can see the other guys branching off and doing other things. Gerard has his writing, and he has plans for that, but he wants to direct too. And Ray is such an incredible talent. I’d love to see him get the credit he’s due. I can see us branching off, but always coming back to this.”

Frank also indicated that My Chemical Romance are on their path to recording a follow up to “Danger Days”.
We’re being very creative right now. There are some really bright and creative things going on. At every soundcheck, we’re coming up with new pieces of music that could turn into something incredible. So we’re hoping to get into the studio soon and really harness that.

Independent.ie, Kasabian apologized to My Chemical Romance for their remarks in 2006 calling the band “weird and dark clowns”.According to an article at
Most infamous of all was Kasabian’s tiff with emo mega-group My Chemical Romance, whom Meighan critiqued as “clowns”. “Their make-up will flake off and the scene will die out,” he declared. “And it can’t happen soon enough.”
In what could have been a scene from Curb Your Enthusiasm, his tirade came back to bite him, however, as Kasabian found themselves seated alongside My Chemical Romance… on a 10-hour transatlantic flight.
“I know… 10 fucking hours,” he says, shaking his head. “We got on and seen them and it was like, ‘oh shit’. Right at the end of the flight I went, ‘fuck this’ and walked up and said I wanted to apologise. And they were like, ‘oh man… why didn’t you say this before! We’ve been sitting here shitting ourselves for 10 hours!’ We laughed and hugged.
